How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way valve to let CO2 escape while preventing oxygen from entering, ensuring peak flavor upon arrival.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the country, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping, while flat-rate shipping applies to all other domestic orders.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and set a delivery frequency of every 1, 2, or 4 weeks. Subscribers save 15% on every order and can pause or cancel at any time through their account dashboard.
Do you offer returns on food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
